Salon Policies Thank you for choosing Simply Lavish Hair Co! These policies help ensure every guest has the best possible experience. Deposits A 30% non-refundable deposit is required when booking select appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward your service total. Deposits are forfeited if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside of the cancellation policy. Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Because I provide a private, one-on-one experience and do not double-book, I require the following notice for any changes: Color & Chemical Services: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. These appointments typically reserve 3–7 hours and are difficult to fill on short notice. Haircut & Styling Services: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required. Emergencies: I understand that life happens. If you experience a true medical or family emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. Appointments canceled or rescheduled outside of these notice periods will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Future appointments may require full prepayment. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation policy to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Pricing Service prices listed online are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, and the time required to achieve your desired result. Any price adjustments will always be discussed before your service begins. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. Guests & Children To provide a relaxing experience for everyone, only clients receiving services are permitted in the salon suite unless prior arrangements have been made. Photos Before-and-after photos may be taken to document your results and showcase my work. If you prefer not to be photographed, simply let me know before your appointment. Service Adjustments Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any concerns with your service, please contact me within 7 days so I can evaluate and make any necessary adjustments. Complimentary adjustments are offered to correct the original service and do not apply to a change of mind or a different desired result.
