CANCELLATION POLICY

The Simply Lavish Cancellation Policy Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved exclusively for you. Because I provide a private, 1-on-1 experience and do not double-book, I require the following notice for all changes: Color & Chemical Services: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. These are significant time blocks (3-7 hours) that are difficult to fill on short notice. Haircut & Styling Services: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Absolute Emergencies: I understand that life happens. If you are experiencing a true medical or family emergency, please contact me directly as soon as possible. Fees: Late cancellations or rescheduling within these windows will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. Same-day "No-Shows" will be charged 100% of the service amount.
